We can accept VISA, MC, Discover, American Express or money order. The most secure method of payment is to phone us directly or fax us at (615) 650-1914. You can also e-mail us at email@example.com with your payment information with credit card number; expiration date and name as it appears on the card and the billing address for the card (please break the card number into two separate e-mails for added security).
50% deposit required upon booking.
Remaining balance required 14 days prior to arrival.

30 Days notice required for full refund of deposit; thereafter 50% refund up to 14 days prior to arrival.
Less than 14 days notice, no refund.

* “Special event” dates include, but are not limited to: New Year, Sugar Bowl, Super Bowl, Final Four, Mardi Gras, French Quarter Fest, Easter, St. Patrick’s Day, Jazz Fest (last weekend of April and first weekend of May), July 4th (Essence Festival), Labor Day, Southern Decadence, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas and certain conventions.
The owners/management will not responsible for accidents or injury to guests of for loss of personal items of any kind. ALL GUESTS MUST BE REGISTERED.
