Kerlerec Complex: which includes all three houses, can be rented for a large group (up to 20 people) for $1,200.00 per night.
Mardi Gras Suite: 2 Bedroom Cottage ... $250/night for 4 guests plus $25 per guest over 4, Max 6. This cottage can accommodate a maximum of 6. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other has a queen size bed with a full size in the loft. The living room can accommodate 2 additional guests on a futon. This suite has a kitchen and full size bath.
French Quarter Suite: 1 Bedroom Cottage ... $175/night for 2 guests plus $25 per guest over 2, Max 4. This cottage can accommodate up to 4 guests. It has a king size bed in the bedroom with a futon in the living room for 2 additional guests. This cottage has a kitchen and bath.
Garden Cottage: $150/night for 2 guests. This cottage has a full size bed, a sitting area, kitchen and bath.
Jazz Club: $100/night for 2 guests. This suite includes full size bed, galley kitchen, and full-size bath.
Crow's Nest: $75/night for 2 guests. This suite has a queen size bed and a futon. This suite can be included in the main house rental. The Crow's Nest is tucked away at the top of the main house with a private deck only accessible to this suite. This unusual space is for those not looking for conventional accommodations.
Kerlerec House: $400 / night for 4 guests additional guests $ 25 a night up to 10 guests. The main house has a queen size bed in the master bedroom and 2 full size beds upstairs. The main house also has a double parlor with a futon, formal dining room and a large spacious kitchen with French doors leading on to the veranda. A party of 12 or more guests can rent the entire house which includes the Jazz Club and the Crow’s Nest which gives a total of 5 bedrooms and 4½ baths.
Minimum of a 3 night stay required for all rentals. A 4 night minimum required during special events.
Rates may vary depending on time of year and during special events.
All suites have access to the courtyards and hot tub.
No breakfast served.

We can accept VISA, MC, Discover, American Express or money order. The most secure method of payment is to phone us directly or fax us at 504-944-8544. You can also e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your payment information with credit card number; expiration date and name as it appears on the card and the billing address for the card (please break the card number into two separate e-mails for added security).
50% deposit required upon booking.
Remaining balance required 14 days prior to arrival.

“Special event” dates include, but are not limited to: New Year, Sugar Bowl, Super Bowl, Final Four, Mardi Gras, French Quarter Fest, Easter, St. Patrick’s Day, Jazz Fest (last weekend of April and first weekend of May), July 4th (Essence Festival), Labor Day, Southern Decadence, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas and certain conventions.
The owners/management will not responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of personal items of any kind. ALL GUESTS MUST BE REGISTERED.
